Ísey skyr bowl with blueberries
For 1-2 persons
Ingredients
100 g frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
60 ml almond milk or regular milk
100 g plain skyr
Topping
Granola
Coconout flakes
Fresh blueberries
Method
- Put all ingredients to a blender and mix well together
- Pour into 1-2 bowls and add on top; granola, roasted coconut flakes and fresh blueberries
