Luxury ice cream with chocolate chips

4 dl frozen mixed berries

2 dl frozen banana slices

2 tubs of strawberry skyr

1 dl single cream

1 tsp of honey

2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate

1/2 tsp finely chopped mint

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and purée until the mixture is silky smooth. Pour the mixture into a baking form and place in the freezer for a few hours or until the ice cream is frozen through. Finally, chop up some more chocolate and sprinkle over the ice cream, serve immediately and enjoy.
