The world's simplest skyr dessert

This is possibly the simplest dessert cake in the world and takes just a few minutes to prepare, and it's absolutely delicious! If you want to make it even juicier, you can add chopped dark chocolate on top or a good caramel sauce.

Recipe makes 4 glasses

  • 100 g dark chocolate (crushed)
  • 4 x Ísey Skyr AIR with salted caramel
  • 150 ml whipped cream

 

  1. Place a full tablespoon of crushed chocolate in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Next, you put 1 cup of Ísey Skyr Air over the biscuit
  3. And finally you can divide the whipped cream between the glasses and top with a little more crushed chocolate
