Skyr dip with fresh vegetables

250 g vanilla skyr
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tsp of honey
Dash of lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper

 

Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and purée until the dip is silky smooth. Pour the dip into a bowl and cool for a few minutes before serving. Prepare some fresh vegetables and enjoy.
