Power berry bowl with grated coconut

1 cup (3 dl) frozen mixed berries
1 cup (3 dl) frozen mango
170 g strawberry skyr
2 tbsp chia seeds (which have been soaked for at least 10 mins)
1 tsp of honey
Ice
1 dl fruit juice

 

Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a mixer or food processor and purée. Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate with blueberries, strawberries and grated coconut.
