Skyr dessert in a glass

Recipe makes around 6 desserts

  • 150 g Cinnamon Coffee Biscuit
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 x 170 g Ísey skyr vanilla
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • Berries of choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
  • Powdered sugar for decoration

 

  1. Crumble the biscuit in a food processor or blender until sand texture and mix with melted butter.
  2. Divide between the glasses.
  3. Fold skyr and whipped cream gently together and pipe over the biscuit crumble.
  4. Top with berries and sift powder sugar over for decoration.
