Skyr dessert in a glass
Recipe makes around 6 desserts
- 150 g Cinnamon Coffee Biscuit
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 x 170 g Ísey skyr vanilla
- 250 ml whipped cream
- Berries of choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
- Powdered sugar for decoration
- Crumble the biscuit in a food processor or blender until sand texture and mix with melted butter.
- Divide between the glasses.
- Fold skyr and whipped cream gently together and pipe over the biscuit crumble.
- Top with berries and sift powder sugar over for decoration.
